Clique [klēk, klik] Definition: (noun): a small group of people, with shared interests or other features in common, who spend time together and do not readily allow others to join them. A group of people collaborating to judge, pursue and purge any person or entity not of their group. Relating to one another whether or not a sufficient goal is present. A goal may be formed but is subjective from target to target. Each person is required to formulate a judgmental frame of mind to extricate its enemy. Team [tēm] Definition: (noun): a group of players forming one side in a competitive game or sport. Working together in design for a specific goal or achievement. Each person in this conglomerate plays a significant role, all aimed toward the same target. Given the dynamic of different personalities and possible disagreements, each person has formed a similar state of mind to reach the objective. Summary Each group both contain similar attributes. 1. Frame of mind. 2. Targeted goal. 3. Each person's role. Difference: Purpose - The motivational conception, the proposed reason behind the effort and or its value and outcome. Regards to how it affects the intended individual or individuals.
