Sometimes in life we play the game called follow the leader whether we realize it or not. Just by watching or hearing something we may follow or mimic its actions. For example when we see public bullying, ranting or inappropriate behavior by someone of importance. Some of us in the leader roles such as politicians, actors, or even managers may even emulate these type of behaviors because that  was learned or seen. Of course every one has God given free will in our lives. But all of those choices have consequences. Some say I went to college, I'm fully qualified to do this, this and that. Take an a emergency situation. An under qualified person may know exactly what steps to take as compared to the college qualified. In most leadership roles there is a true responsibility to be fair and understanding rather than finding every excuse to be the "One on Top" because a lot times the one on top usually ends up being the One on Bottom as compared to the Original Almighty. Learn that true balance is the source not just the teacher.

 In life you meet some who are normal, some who are smart, some who are stupid and some who don't give a f**k. The normal ones usually keep it pushing. Whereas their are the smart who give us insight on life. Then the stupid who ruin it for everyone. And then you got the don't give a f**k who enable the stupid. Now keep in mind these roles are interchangeable. So it can switch from time to time. Keep watch on these roles in everyday life and how they may affect things when your not paying attention.
